Equal Pay Day
April 11, 2017

Wear Red to reflect that women are in the "red" when it comes to equality in pay.  April 11th isn't just 1 day but 469 days...the difference between what men and women are paid in the US. A woman must work 469 days to make as much as a man makes in 365 days.  For more information go to American Association of University Women.
